What is included in your gown rental?
All gown rentals are inclusive of 5 days of rental, dry-cleaning, 1 round of gown alterations, 1 veil of choice. If you need more time, the rental period can be extended with a small surcharge.
What are the modes of payment accepted?
We accept all payment methods — PayNow, online bank transfers, cash, and credit card payments.
How is the payment process?
50% deposit is done first to soft book all the services that you require for your event date. You may still make changes to your gown choice after placing the deposit and during your selection fitting appointment. The remaining 50% payment has to be made 2 weeks before the event date.
Do I need an appointment to visit the boutique?
It is preferred for you to book an appointment with us via our website or whatsapp to ensure you have a dedicated consultant and enough time to try on gowns without rush. If not, walk in also possible.
How long is each appointment, and is there fitting charges?
Gown fittings are up to 90 minutes, and there are no fitting or consultation charges.
When should I start looking for my wedding gown?
We recommend starting 7-9 months before your wedding to allow enough time for ordering and alterations.
What should I bring to my fitting?
Nude or seamless undergarments, shoes similar in height to what you’ll wear on the day, and any accessories you plan to use.
Can I bring friends or family?
Yes, we recommend a small group (2–3 people) so you get clear feedback and a comfortable fitting experience.
Can I take photos during my fitting?
Yes, of course! We want you to feel confident and excited about your choice, so feel free to snap photos or videos to review later or share with loved ones who can’t be there.
